What is a Mastermind Group?
A business mastermind group is a group of like-minded business individuals, with a common goal, who meet together (online or face to face) on a regular basis to brainstorm, support and assist one another. Napoleon Hill created Mastermind principles:
The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony. – Napoleon Hill
Mastermind groups can provide support, motivation, inspiration, problem-solving, encouragement and ideas. Peers attend the meeting with a business problem or goal and the collective thoughts of the group contribute to solve or find ways to achieve the goals.
No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind. – Napoleon Hill
Join Newleafes’ mastermind group – Mint Mastermind, and be part of a unique community of highly inspired Business Owners and Entrepreneurs. You will see how Mint peers collectively have the ability to see things from a higher perspective. Many inspirational ideas have been borne from highly energised Mint groups, so the more energy you put into your group, the more you get in return. As different minds start talking and expounding on ideas, you will see others chime in and new ideas form. You will be inspired from the synergy in the group and you will be that inspiration to another peer in the group.
What do you get from Mint?
- Answers and ideas which come from brainstorming within the group
- Collective experience, skill and confidence from different backgrounds and sectors
- Accountability and real progress in your business (and personal) life
- An instant and valuable support network
- A sense of shared endeavour – we are all in it to succeed!
- Design things to be the way you want them to be, not as you’ve been told they “should” be
Masterminds Make A Huge Difference
Being part of a mastermind group provides a brilliant framework in which there is on-going support from like-minded peers. I found the regular group brainstorming for each of our specific issues to be extremely beneficial, the ideas that are generated exceed those that anyone of us would have had alone. We discussed all aspects of our business, ranging from peer supervision and reviewing client case studies, to discussing marketing strategies. These sessions were extremely well organised and Tammy ensured all the needs of the peers were met. Mastermind groups are a fantastic way of incorporating accountability, energy and a fresh perspective to your business.
